Home Care and Community Support Services

St Basil’s Community Services 

can assist residents with care and support requirements that assist residents to continue to live independently and safely at home.

St Basil’s is approved to provide levels 1 - 4 services under the Home Care Packages Program. Services may include personal care, shopping, meal preparation, nursing, respite, social support and respite.
We are also approved to provide personal care, transport, flexible respite and social support group services under the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP).
Residents can contact the Community office who will arrange a Coordinator to contact you to assist you with your enquiry and discuss possible options available to you.
