Water Billing

Water usage meters for each unit are read every three months and the usage calculated at the current Water Board rate. The Sydney Water Service Charge is added and any Pension Rebates deducted. The balance is sent for each unit to the resident and the amount for that quarter will be listed on the monthly Fee Statement/Tax Invoice.
