Deliveries

You have 2 options.

Have your parcels delivered to the mailroom.

If you don't know when the parcel is coming, or don't know if you will be home, give instructions to leave the parcel in the mailroom, opposite the children's playground.

Have your parcels delivered to your apartment

Supermarkets and other couriers are finding it easier to deliver to individual apartments. Just make sure you choose a time when you are home and provide clear instructions.

e.g. Walk down the colonnade, past the cafe and children's playground. When you come to the glass door, key in unit number and press the silver OK button. For building B, catch the lift to your floor. For building C or D, catch the lift to G1. Walk towards the garden. Go to the appropriate building, key in unit number and press ok and go to your floor.
